Comfortable beds, and the hotel provided almost everything you could need. Toothpaste, slippers, linens, etc. The area was very quiet and conveniently located near convenience stores, plus it was a very local area so all of the surrounding restaurants were very authentic. It's about ten minutes away from Shin-Osaka Station, so we were able to use it as home base for day trips on the Shinkansen, as well as to hop on the red M line to go into Kita Ward and visit Dotonbori.

Close to Shin-Osaka station so it was easy to get around the city. The area is not very touristy, but if you're looking for an authentic experience as we were, it is amazing. Plenty of local restaurants to try surrounding the hotel, and a stone's throw away from a couple convenience stores. As with all APA Hotels the room had absolutely everything you need and was restocked daily. Staff were helpful and attentive and made our stay very simple.

This APA hotel is very good. Located very close to shin-Osaka station, very comfortable if you are traveling around Japan. Easy for day trips to Kyoto and other places. The area is quiet ( you don't hear the trains), not too much going on around. The staff was polite and helpful. Some speak English, some not. Breakfast was tasty, Japanese style, not too much choice, but enough for me. Some people wrote in the review that it's impossible to control the A/C in the room. Well in my room it was possible - you have a/C display on the bed. The bed is super comfy , I slept well.

The staff were very friendly and helped me get my luggage sent to my next hotel. The hotel room small but perfect for just me. The air con and the comfort of the bed were amazing after a day of walking. The location is super close to the station, so getting into the heart of Osaka, or other locations, is easy

Typical room at APA chain, small but comfort, close to subway station Shin Osaka exit 7, so easy to get there just in few minutes. Quite many 7/11 around the hotel, no problem to get some groceries late at night.

The location is very convenient. We wanted somewhere close to the Shinkansen because we did several day trips to other cities. Also, the water pressure in the shower is excellent.

- The location is fine. I mean it is not on the main road but not far from Shin Osaka Station. - You get full double bed for reasonable price. This issue is very crucial when it comes to booking a room in Japan, double room sometimes mean small bed with two pillows. If you are not a couple of two small persons, it can be a problem. - Standard APA Amenities. - Relatively new.

I have stayed at APA hotels many times; this one in particular. I like the convenient location, away from the busy city centre, but close to trains, while the compact but comfortable rooms are always clean and well-appointed. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful.

Everything. The hotel is in a great spot close to the train station but not exactly on it. It's only a short walk for Shinkansesn and subway access. The property is well kept and extremely clean. The beds are ridiculously comfortable after a long day. The staff are all extremely helpful polite and professional.

The allocation was close to train station, allocated in quite street. Even the room was small the bed was higher enough to put our suitcases underneath the bed. We also washed our clothes in the laundry cross of our hotel, very convenient.
